Booking Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance is payable IN CASH on arrival.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all guests at Ciara Lodge:

1. Normal CHECK-IN time: AFTER 13:00
2. Normal CHECK-OUT time: BEFORE 10:00
3. All bookings and accomodation types subject to availability.
4. Please arrange in advance if you need more than one parking space.
5. NO visitors
6. Ciara Lodge accepts no responsibilty for any injury/accident/losses/damages to you or your possessions during your stay.
7. NO music, noise, or excessive use of alcohol allowed - CIARA lodge is NOT a PARTY VENUE.
8. NO drinking or GLASS Items allowed around or near the swimming pool.
9. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool.
10. Bath towels not allowed at swimming pool - please bring your own swim/beach towels.
11. WOODEN DECK is strictly PRIVATE PROPERTY.
12. Right of admission and changing of accommodation type according to availability  reserved.
13. Please confirm your estimated ARRIVAL TIME at least one day before your arrival (Phone or SMS).

Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 10 days cancellation notice - Forfeit full deposit.
• 10 - 28 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 70 % of deposit.
• 29 - 60 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 50 % of deposit.
• 61 - 90 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 25 % of deposit.
• 90 days or more cancellation notice - Forfeit 10 % of deposit.

NOTE: NO REFUND for:

• Non-/ late arrivals

• Early departures

• Reduction in the number of guests
